Senior Property Consultant

Qualification : PG /UG / or Real Estate Hands on Experience with excellent communication skill

We are looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join our growing real estate sales. We are seeking experienced, motivated and hungry for success professionals who are eager to build their career with AROLI Real Estate PMS  with the support of a fantastic  property services brand. Successful candidates will be expected to actively negotiate and coordinate the sales and acquisition of property from enquiry to contract closure, including winning exclusive instructions, marketing the property for sale or lease, updating the CRM with enquiries and negotiation process.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
  2. Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
  3. Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials
  4. Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
  5. Continually networking and identifying business opportunities
  6. Abiding by RERA and business codes of ethics
